Fitness Programs

It should come as no surprise that the only way to accomplish our goals is by prioritizing, maintaining consistency, and working hard. The following AeroFitness Training Programs require a serious commitment to improving your health and fitness so that you will succeed.

Aero Total Fitness Program

  • Monthly program design includes cardiovascular, weight, and flexibility training
  • Three 1-hour training sessions per week at Flatiron Athletic Club
  • One fitness counseling session per month
  • End-of-month progress-evaluation meeting
  • $65 per training session

Aero Empowerment Program

  • Monthly program design includes cardiovascular, weight, and flexibility training
  • Two 1-hour training sessions per week at FAC
  • One-time fitness counseling session
  • $75 per training session

Aero Maintenance Program

  • Monthly program design includes cardiovascular, weight and flexibility training
  • One 1-hour training session per week at FAC
  • $75 per training session

Fitness Counseling Session

The primary goal of the counseling session is to provide education on selected health-related topics. These sessions are customized for each client based on his or her individual needs. Common topics include weight loss, weight gain, injury prevention, heart rate training, and how to prepare for a specific event.
